1. Proficiency in Scripting & Front-End Adaptation
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript for implementing custom business logic, API orchestration, widget behaviors, and UI enhancements within Client.
• Solid understanding of CSS and basic web styling concepts to customize Client widgets, user interfaces, and embedded front-end components in portals, applications, and intranet environments.
2. Integration Expertise (API & Automation Ecosystem)
• Hands-on experience consuming and exposing REST and SOAP APIs to integrate Client with enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, HRMS, ticketing systems, and databases.
3. AI & NLP Understanding
• Good conceptual understanding of Artificial Intelligence, particularly:
o NLP/NLU fundamentals for intent classification, entity extraction, and conversation design.
o LLMs and Generative AI capabilities, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and grounding enterprise knowledge for Client AI agents.
• Ability to translate business needs into conversational logic flows, knowledge search strategies, and generative reasoning capabilities supported by Client’s AI Engine.
4. Database & Data Handling Skills
• Strong technical knowledge of relational database structures, especially:
o Microsoft SQL Server
o Oracle Database
• Ability to perform database manipulation (queries, joins, stored procedures, views) and connect Client to data sources for dynamic content retrieval, validation steps, or reporting.
5. Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge
• Understanding of deployment models, environments, scaling, security.
Understanding of Software Products and SDLC
• Solid technical foundation in how modern SaaS and enterprise software products are architected, deployed, and maintained.
• Familiarity with:
o Agile delivery frameworks
o Release management
o Versioning and configuration control
o Application lifecycle management (Dev → Test → Prod)
• Ability to document technical solutions, troubleshoot issues systematically, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
