Description: As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in the Automation Module with GenAI experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your role will involve leveraging GenAI technologies to enhance automation capabilities, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Develop and implement AI-driven automation solution within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and AI-driven solutions.
- Design, configure, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations, focusing on automation.
- Utilize Generative AI technologies to automate processes, such as workflow optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models and ServiceNow configurations to ensure reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Automation Module and AI integrations.
