JD:

ROLE_DESCRIPTION –

Collaborate with engineers and architects to review and contribute to microservices designs,

System architecture, integration patterns, and API specifications

 Lead delivery of backend services, cloud components, data workflows, and cross-team

Engineering initiatives.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure clarity of scope and

Timelines across engineering teams

Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and maintain strong alignment between

Engineering, product, and operations

Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, reliability, observability, and security.

Drive transparent communication, including status reporting, risk management, and cross-

Functional stakeholder updates.

 

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and Cloud-native architectures

Ability to read and evaluate technical design documents, architectural diagrams, sequence

Flows, and service interaction
