Duration:12+ Months
Location: Madison, WI,
Job description:
- 7+yrs of relevant experience within agency and/or in-house design teams A strong portfolio of digital projects with proven results Previous experience managing a team and executing design / research strategies
- Excellent design skills and knowledge of insight-led user-centred design principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Pro-skills using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Miro, etc.).
- Organize and facilitate workshops, reviews and ceremonies with clients and teams. Experience with immersive technology (VR,AR,VUI,XR) will be a plus.
