Role: Oracle HCM Cloud w/ BI Publisher
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote (PST/MST)
The key skill is BI Publisher development, and the engagement would be for six months.

What we are searching for
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in implementing HCM Oracle Cloud HCM with developing reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical and development experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Benefits modules.
- Must have hands-on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud. Deep knowledge of OTBI/BI Publisher is required.
- Must have hands-on experience with HCM Data Extract
- Must have a strong understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model(Mainly HCM and Benefits Modules).
- Knowledge of HR and Benefits business processes, tasks, and underlying table structures
- Experience with Benefits Fast Formula , benefits eligibility profiles is preferred.
- Hands-on Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is preferred.
- Having experience with descriptive/extensible flex fields, HDL, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user defined tables, value set queries is a plus.
- Techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM, are highly desired.
- Data and analytical and troubleshooting skills required.
- Strong ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within the broader project team.
- Experience in working with offshore / onshore model.
- Ability to manage multiple development software projects and priorities and overall impact to the current and new security and application configuration.
- Ability to work independently with strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements in a fast-paced continuously changing business.
