Daily tasks will include:
- Communicate with business users regarding requirement specifications, testing, and answering questions.
- Complete all system and business documentation for CDESS/ECLRS projects
- Track and document project progress
- Develop user acceptance test plans
- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Assist with the development and maintenance of materials, documenting standard operating procedures of new tools and functionality in CDESS/ECLRS.
- Perform general data analysis and generate reports to support data quality improvement activities
- Assist with the development of HL7 extract files
- Assist with monitoring issues related to data quality
Business Analyst: ECLRS/CDESS/ESSS project
Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Senior 60 – 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
- 60 months experience in messaging standards (XML, X12, etc)
- 60 months experience in mapping data to create HL7 messages
- 60 months experience in data quality analysis (collect, analyze and summarize information)
- 60 months experience with relational database and SQL
- 60 months experience in system design and system specification documentation
- 60 months experience eliciting technical requirements from non-technical business users
- 60 months experience in developing test plans and conducting/guiding user acceptance testing
- 60 months experience creating workflow charts and diagrams
- Bachelor's Degree
