Job Description :
SAP E2E implementation experience in 4 to 5 projects and 2 to 3 projects dedicated experience in TMS. Experience in SAP SCM and at least one S/4 HANA TMS implementation (Embedded or standalone) is a must. Need experience in shipper and LSP scenarios. The candidate will be part of the delivery team on both small and large projects. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget
- Be a hands on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures) to ensure they meet project objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
- Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
- Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise
- Lead design workshops with the client.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the areas of LE-TRA/WM and SD
- 5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP Transportation Management
- Must have done at-least 1 full life cycle of SAP Transportation Management implementation in S/4 HANA and 2-3 implementations in SCM TMS.
- Must be thorough with configurations in the areas of transportation planning, transportation execution, Cost and freight settlement, integration to SD, EWM and EM for tracking and tracing.
- Knowledge of data distribution framework and post processing framework (PPF) settings required
- Must have experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF
- S/4 HANA TMS Certification preferred
- Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps
- Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
- Experience in the health care regulated industries a plus
- Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps.

- Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
- Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
- Experience and knowledge of Activate Methodology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is preferred

- Escalate risks and issues to client leadership
