Urgent Need SAP Test Lead at IN

Position: SAP Test Lead

Location: INDIANA , INDIANAPOLIS (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Own overall SAP test strategy and planning
Coordinate SIT and UAT across functional teams (FI/MM and others)
Manage defect triage, tracking, and resolution
Provide test status reporting to PMO and leadership
Support dress rehearsal, cutover validation, and go-live readiness
Work with Basis, Security, Integration, and business SMEs

Required Experience

8+ years in SAP testing roles

Strong experience leading testing for SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations

Hands-on exposure to S/4HANA programs

Proven leadership of SIT and UAT cycles

Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preffered Skill ( Nice to have)

Experience supporting SAP RISE or hosted S/4 environments
Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM for test/defect tracking
Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Tricentis, Worksoft)
Experience with integration testing (Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.)

Soft Skill

Strong coordination and ownership mindset

Comfortable working with business and technical teams
Able to communicate clearly with PMO and leadership.
