15-18 Years’ Overall Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in POS Testing
At least 6 years’ experience in Test Management, handling large offshore and onsite teams.
Good Experience in Test Automation (UFT Developer, Java, Maven, TestNG).
Worked in Agile programs SAFe preferably
Very Good experience in testing process.
Act as a subject matter expert on Quality Assurance/Engineering best practices and seamlessly interact with other teams
Build roadmap, strategy, plan and implement right fit solution
Good communication skills to work with Product managers, scrum masters, developers, etc.
Experience crafting complex test strategies
Able to summarize results of testing for business review
