Local candidates are requiring as Hybrid Model role.
- For an Agile Scrum Master
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Stakeholders and Business Partners to facilitate and support operations of the Data & Analytics organization.
- Lead all agile ceremonies and ensure targeted outcomes are consistently met by the Team (Planning, Refinement, Daily Standups, Retrospectives) / guide to better NB Agile practices
- Proactively identify and manage dependencies, project risks or issues and escalating them as appropriate
- Resolve implementation issues to achieve a successful go-live, and resolve post go-live issues to ensure a successful stabilization phase
- Defines and Establishes team and program level metrics. Drives metrics adoption, communication and meaning of metrics
- Guide Teams to find solutions that are effective and meet business needs
- Servant leader and coach to aligned Agile teams, other scrum masters and product owners
- Drives the development and maintenance of an agile COP/COE
- Understands agile frameworks and leverages concepts to implement process improvement and increase in Agile maturity
- Ability to support multiple agile Teams simultaneously, and to assist other teams
Requirements for success
- Scrum Master Certification / Coaching certification, advanced certifications preferred
- Advanced understanding/experience of agile principles and Scrum/kanban methodology
- Experience supporting teams working with analytics tools, advanced analytics products, cloud data warehousing and data engineering preferable
- Ability to think critically and tailor agile practices and processes for the need of the team and the specificities of the analytical domain.
- Demonstrated influence without authority
- Experience with agile tooling; Azure DevOps (ADO) preferred
- Demonstrated expertise and contributions in agile concepts, tooling, and metrics; lead the tooling solutioning
- Mentor / Coach early in role Scrum Masters
- Demonstrated success in mature agile operation
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- UI/UX Architect
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of complex web applications using ReactJS and Javascript
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and design scalable and reusable React components.
- Optimize application performance for a smooth user experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, code optimizations, and enhancing development workflows
- Research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the development stack and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in progressive experience as a React Developer, 12+ years experience
- Highly proficient in ReactJs and Javascript
- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs using NodeJS
- Ability to develop, design, code, and debug high traffic web applications
- Strong knowledge frontend web technologies of HTML5 and CSS3
- Proficient in MySQL
- Self-motivated to maintain a clean and extremely organized code-base
- Very well versed in using GitHub for repository management
- Ability to build attractive, systematic, and intuitive user interfaces
- Proficient with using UI libraries such as Material UI/Tailwind
- Familiarity with ever-changing React and JavaScript code patterns and standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
