Detail Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a gold image for laptop provisioning and refreshing.
- Utilize Microsoft Intune for managing endpoint security, compliance policies, software deployment, patch management, and security updates.
- Maintain and track IT assets, manage the laptop lifecycle, and ensure accurate updates.
- Administer and support Intune for endpoint and mobile device management
- Handle laptop stock imaging, allocation, deallocation, and reclamation processes.
- Deliver support for desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals, including network troubleshooting and resolving OS, application, and patching issues.
- Ensure up-to-date antivirus, Windows patches, and feature packs across all workstations.
- Provide troubleshooting support using remote tools (e.g., RDP, IDRACK, ILO, IP phones).
- Effectively manage customer stakeholders and communicate solutions for technical challenges.
- Ensure up-to-date antivirus, Windows patches, and feature packs across all workstations.
- Follow the Laptop reclamation process and escalation guidelines to reclaim the laptops.
- Manage the laptop lifecycle, including maintaining accurate status according to regional processes and polices.
- Manage SCCM for patching, imaging, and application deployment
- Troubleshoot Windows Desktop, Laptop and Server environments
- Configure and support Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
- Author and maintain PowerShell scripts for infrastructure automation
- Ensure endpoint compliance with security standards
- Maintain documentation and resolve escalated technical issues
- Deploy and manage OS and application patches across Windows and macOS systems using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Windows Sysprep and DISM tools.
- Experience with OS image creation software such as SmartDeploy, MDT, or Clonezilla
- Ability to create image files using DISM, deal with WIM file(s).
- Experience in usage of Intune (and/or SCCM/Ivanti) for deployments and installations.
- Deep experience in OS installation, handling OS related issues and troubleshooting of issues.
- Experience in patches and package installation & troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience with Windows Server and desktop operating systems, and familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Hands-on experience installing and managing patches on Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms.
- Monitor device health, policy compliance, and resolve enrollment or sync issues.
- Work closely with IT support, infrastructure, and security teams to improve endpoint management.
- Assist customers to deploy, configure and adopt the Microsoft Edge with Chromium browser, using Microsoft Endpoint Manager for deployment and configuration.
- Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
- Must-have skills: Microsoft Autopilot and SCCM/Intune co-management; Azure Active Directory; PowerShell scripting and Security and patch compliance practices

Job Title: Guidewire Rating Lead
Location: Piscataway, NJ (onsite)
Duration: Long term Contract
Job Description:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Guidewire Rating Engine (GWRE) for PolicyCenter (PC) to support rating calculations, rate routines and rate books
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and configure rating engines to meet business objectives.
Perform detailed technical analysis and design of rating system configurations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Customize and extend the Guidewire Rating Engine to integrate with other Guidewire modules and external systems (e.g., third-party rating engines, CRM, and billing systems).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards.
Work directly with clients to understand their requirements, offer technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Guidewire Rating Engine and related components.
Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivering incremental improvements.
Provide post-deployment support and system maintenance for the rating engine functionality.
Stay current with the latest Guidewire updates, tools, and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
9+ years of experience in Guidewire development, particularly with the Guidewire Rating Engine (GWRE).
Certification: Ace Certified Guidewire (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC), including its integration with the Rating Engine.
In-depth experience with Guidewire's GOSU language and tools.
Experience with XML, Java, and web services (REST/SOAP) for integration purposes.
Solid understanding of the insurance industry and rating methodologies (e.g., underwriting, pricing, and policy management).
Experience working in client-facing roles, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Expertise in troubleshooting and debugging complex Guidewire Rating Engine issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients
