7+ years of work-related experience in database administration.
Experience with Snowflake in administration, Monitoring, security, managing roles and permissions.
Experience in Snowflake performance tuning, usage/utilization monitoring.
Should have knowledge of snowflake pricing model and experience in implementing enterprise-wide best practices to optimize usage and pricing.
Strong knowledge and hands on experience with SQL.
Experience with Snowflake SnowSQL and writing user defined functions.
Should have experience in working with snowflake support in resolution of issues.
Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins is a plus.
Good to know Snowflake concepts like Snowpipe, SnowSQL, Clustering, usage of materialized views.
Knowledge of how to implement security features like SSO, column masking, role-based administration.
Experience of semi-structured (XML, JSON) and unstructured data handling and streaming data loads.
Prefer SnowPro certification (basic) or SnowPro Architect Certification.
