Title – Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor Consultant
- Years of Experience – 7+ years
- Oracle Time and Labor Cloud (OTL) minimum 3 implementation experience
- Skills – Must have Time and Labor functional knowledge, Core HR knowledge, technical skills of Fast Formula, BIP reporting, HCM Extracts and Cloud HCM technical skills
- Activities: Lead and perform activities to gather business requirements, drive design discussions, configure and develop application module, prepare documentation & testing, impart user training and support testing, coordinate with offshore team.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of US Payroll , Global implementation experience.
