Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support full-cycle S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
   
• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch SAP systems.
   
• Manage SAP landscapes (DEV, QA, PROD) ensuring performance and stability.
   
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
   
• Implement security controls and ensure system compliance.
   
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
   

Required Experience

• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
   
• Experience as a Lead Consultant on at least one project.
   
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, HANA database, and system performance.
   
• Ability to clearly articulate project scope, role, and impact.
   

Client Evaluation Criteria (Applicable to All Roles)

• Have completed at least one full implementation or migration (clearly mention how many on profile).
   
• Have been a Lead on at least one project (not required on all).
   
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
   
• Clearly explain their exact responsibilities in each implementation.
   
• Understand and articulate how their role impacts other modules and business functions.
   
• Be able to confidently speak to everything listed on their resume.
   

• Number of implementations/migrations.
   
• Role played (Lead / Workstream Lead / Consultant).
   
• ECC vs S/4HANA exposure.
   
• Business impact delivered.
