Title: Mainframe Application Development Engineer
Location: Quincy, MA (4 days Onsite)(Local or Near)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Don’t Share- GC, USC, OPT or CPT
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Application Development Engineer with 10 years of relevant experience who can analyze, develop, and maintain software in a Mainframe environment using PL/1, COBOL, DB2, JCL, and CICS.
- Ability to analyze and understand the existing software application in detail.
- Identify the missing process in the lower BUAT environment.
- Develop software programs to meet project schedules.
- Good knowledge of Job scheduling.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Take responsibility for the development deliverables.
