Overview:
The Integration Lead will design, implement, and manage system interfaces and data
exchanges between the Early Intervention System Modernization (EISM) solution and
external systems. This role ensures system interoperability, data accuracy, and security compliance in accordance with the client Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) and Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) integration requirements.
The Integration Lead will design, implement, and manage system interfaces and data
exchanges between the Early Intervention System Modernization (EISM) solution and
external systems. This role ensures system interoperability, data accuracy, and security compliance in accordance with the client Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) and Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) integration requirements.
Work Location: Georgia, the position is primarily remote; however, periodic onsite presence may be required at the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH).
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and document integration architecture and data flow diagrams.
- Develop, maintain, and test APIs and interfaces between EISM and external systems.
- Ensure compliance with Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) data exchange,
- security, and interoperability standards.
- Coordinate integration testing with internal and external partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related technical issues.
- Support performance testing and deployment of integration components.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system integration or middleware development.
- Experience with web services, APIs, and ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of data exchange standards (HL7, XML, etc.) and security protocols.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms within government or healthcare environments.
- Experience integrating and implementing projects with nascent operational processes, preferably large-scale modernization projects.
