Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Nuvolo Developer with strong ServiceNow development experience to join our client's Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) applications team. In this role, you will support their internal Nuvolo instance, contribute to ongoing client implementations, and provide consulting and development services for external healthcare clients. You'll work alongside a small, highly collaborative team delivering technical solutions that optimize asset management, facilities operations, and regulatory compliance for healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and customizing Nuvolo applications from the ground up, with a passion for healthcare technology and process optimization. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on healthcare operations while working with cutting-edge technology platforms in a fully remote environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and customize Nuvolo applications and workflows, focusing on Enterprise Asset Management and related modules
• Lead workflow automation projects including onboarding/offboarding and mobile work solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer and JavaScript
• Build and maintain integrations between Nuvolo and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Create and enhance dashboards, widgets, and reports to support operational and compliance needs
• Provide hands-on application support for internal HTM technicians, supervisors, managers, and external consulting clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to recommend best practices and improve workflows
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including Joint Commission standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal application performance
• Support end-user training and documentation efforts for new implementations
Required Experience/Skills
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Nuvolo development experience including configuration, customization, and integrations
• Strong ServiceNow development background with proven experience in JavaScript and Glide API scripting
• Experience creating and modifying workflows, UI elements, and reports/dashboards
• Proficiency with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and authentication methods including SSO and Okta
• Understanding of asset management and service request workflows in healthcare environments
• Knowledge of compliance reporting requirements for healthcare organizations
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
Nice-to-Haves
• Background in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or healthcare IT operations
• Experience with additional Nuvolo modules such as OT Security, Capital Planning, and Warehouse
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, ATF, or automated testing tools
• Experience with AWS, Azure DevOps, or similar cloud/DevOps platforms
• Previous experience working in healthcare or regulated industries
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and healthcare compliance requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
