Urgent C2C Job Opening for “Avature Administrator (HR Systems / ATS)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Avature Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Avature system. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ATS configuration, workflow management, and HR technology platforms, along with the ability to support end users and troubleshoot complex system issues. This role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless system operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification (Mandatory)
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as an Avature Administrator
  • Strong experience in ATS configuration and workflow management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Visio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Required Skills
  • Expertise in Avature configuration and administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
  • Experience working with HR systems such as SAP ERP HCM and/or Workday HCM
  • Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes
  • Experience in managing integrations and data flows between systems
  • Ability to analyze complex data issues and provide effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large enterprise HR environments
  • Exposure to system integrations and HR data management
  • Strong stakeholder management and training delivery experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Soft Skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on issue resolution
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
