Job Description / Required Skills:

Role Description:

– Lead QA automation initiatives with strong hands-on involvement in test automation

– Act as a QA Automation Test Lead with end-to-end ownership of testing activities

– Work in Day 1 onsite model and coordinate closely with onsite and offshore teams

– Ensure high-quality delivery of applications within the Retail Banking / Financial Services domain

– Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to define test strategies and plans

– Guide and mentor QA team members and ensure adherence to best practices and standards

– Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Manage testing across onshore and offshore teams and ensure smooth coordination

– Participate in requirement analysis, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting

Essential Skills:

– Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA with strong hands-on automation expertise

– Mandatory experience as a QA Automation Test Lead

– Strong experience in Banking / Finance domain, with Retail Banking exposure required

– Experience working in onsite and offshore engagement models

– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

– Experience working with large IT services organizations or competitors such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, or similar

– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment

Additional Requirements:

– Local candidates only (Naperville, IL) who can go onsite from Day 1

– Lead experience is mandatory

– Retail Banking experience is mandatory for all positions
