Profile                    : UI/UX Designer                                               

Location                 : 100% remote role (EST And CST)

Duration                : 12+ months Contract

Candidates MUST HAVE experiences in:

•             Figma

•             Conducting research

•             Google Material Design

•             System Design

Responsibilities:

•             Deliver fantastic User Experiences for products within the company.

•             Articulate and communicate research strategy and insights to teammates, business partners, and senior leadership to guide the company in creating world-class User Interfaces that are simple, consistent, and drive business results.

•             Drive innovation by applying contemporary user-centered design methodologies to exceed expectations and delight the end-user.

•             Work with multiple business constituents in a fast-paced innovative development environment sharing their expertise and promoting a community of cooperation, best practices, and continual improvement.

•             Work on digital products for agents to be successful.

Qualifications:

•             3-5 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer, who is ready to hit the ground running.

•             Strong experience in Figma, Google Material Design.

•             Have a current web portfolio with examples of projects created using Google Material Design.

•             Good knowledge of website and software design.

•             Very well-spoken and a strong communicator.
