Job Description :
Application Development – Build and maintain responsive web applications using React – Develop backend services and APIs supporting member, learning, and certification experiences – Translate product and UX requirements into scalable technical solutions – Ensure applications meet accessibility, performance, and security expectations Platform Integration – Integrate applications with enterprise platforms including:- CRM (Salesforce) – Fabric / PowerBI – ERP / finance platforms (Business Central) – Identity and profile services (Auth0 or similar) – Integration layers (Boomi or comparable iPaaS) – Design and consume RESTful and event-driven APIs – Support data consistency across platforms aligned with IMA’s emerging DataHub architecture Architecture & Engineering Practices – Participate in architecture decisions and modernization initiatives – Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices –
Apply secure coding practices aligned with IMA’s Minimum Security Requirements (MSR) – 4+ years of full stack development experience – Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling – Experience building backend services (Node.js, .NET, or similar) – Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations – Familiarity with authentication patterns (OAuth, SSO, identity providers) – Experience working in cloud-based environments – Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience (nice to have) – Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms (CRM, LMS, ERP, payments) – Exposure to Salesforce, Business Central, or similar ecosystems – Experience with integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, etc.) – Familiarity with event-driven or medallion-style data architectures – Experience with Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI – Experience working in membership, association, education, or certification environments – Understanding of data governance and privacy considerations
