Job description:
• As an Angular Developer with 7-10 years you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design
• Main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app
• Work on an agile team understanding business needs, performing analysis, and transforming them into testable components
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews on team members deliverables
• Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standards
• Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines
• Drive code quality through development of automated tests
• Research problems with a strong sense of ownership and develop solutions to address the problems
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to Prudential
• Enable change, help accelerate innovation
• Demonstrating experience with taking intelligent risks and leveraging a ‘test and learn’ mentality
• Committed to a spirit of authentic partnership – to colleagues both internal and external to the organization
• Conduct component testing and integration testing
• Ensure that software standards, non-functional requirements and quality targets are met.
