Triage Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/electronics or related field                                                                     
6+ year Development experience with Linux and embedded devices. 
Strong development experience and Scripting experience (Shell, Python scripts). 
Perform end-to-end system debugging across Linux-based platforms and networking layers, including packet capture and protocol analysis
Strong knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP, Wi-FI standard, TR-069, SNMP ,Docsis etc.
Develop anomaly detection techniques and data-driven solutions to proactively identify system issues Design and enhance operational tools to improve system performance and observability Analyze telemetry and field data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
Utilize AWS technologies (S3, Athena, QuickSight) for data management and visualization
Lead cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and communicate technical insights effectively to stakeholders
Knowledge of C,,C++, Java.
