• Experience should be as Advanced engineer
• Experience in different microsoft products inclusing Exchange 2013, 2010, Office 365, Lync, Skype etc.. for business and MS office suites
• Goal is to manage clients Exchange SME, Vincent Martin, a reliable backup/partner to help improve the environment.
• Implementing and Managing Client Access Servers
• Expertise in Configuring and deploying the mail box servers
• Planning, Provising and deploying office 365
• Expertise in providing solutions for High availablity in Exchange
• Planning, Configuring and managing Messaging security,  Administrative Security and auditing
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirements gathering and requirements analysis in area of specialization.
• Work with stakeholders to understand current state and to identify the future state for the proposed solution. 
• Analyze data and identify gaps in the proposed solution, make recommendations for resolving gaps, and monitor results.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business. Produce the requirement documentation (Functional and non-functional).
