Role Overview
We are looking for a TigerGraph or Neo4j SRE with strong expertise on either the development side or backend/platform side of graph databases. The ideal candidate will support, optimize, and scale graph database systems in a high-performance enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support graph database solutions using TigerGraph or Neo4j
Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and availability of graph database platforms
Work closely with application developers to support graph-based use cases
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve backend/system-level issues
Implement best practices for SRE, automation, monitoring, and incident management
Optimize queries, data models, and backend performance
Support production deployments and ongoing enhancements
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with TigerGraph or Neo4j
Solid understanding of graph data modeling, query optimization, and traversal
Experience on either:
Development side (graph queries, schema design, integrations), or
Backend/SRE side (platform stability, performance tuning, monitoring)
Knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and backend services
Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production systems
