Test Lead – Immediate Requirement

Responsibilities:
• Work with the PO to understand the requirements
• Create a test strategy for the program
• Lead the testing team throughout the program
• Create weekly testing reports
• Run triage calls for defects and RCA
• Define, own and implement the QA Test strategies, approaches and plans for assigned deliveries, working closely with all project and business stakeholders in Client Solution space to achieve common goals.
• Provide regular updates to the central QA function and the quality of test deliverables and defects for the project.
• Mentor onsite and offshore test teams; providing training on areas of technical and product expertise.
• Review of key Test Deliverables of various Projects and Programme.
• Contribute to and implements QA Testing best practice across Client Solutions.
• Resolve complex issues during testing implementations.
• Develop effective relationships with stakeholders, including programme and project management, business users, and delivery leads

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or any other bachelor’s degree with solid work experience
• Strong knowledge in US Healthcare Domain and Healthcare processes in Enrollment and billing, Eligibility and Membership, Claims and Benefits etc
• Must have prior experience in testing. 
• Strong understanding of relational databases
• Should possess complete understanding/experience in application Testing/QA process
• Experience of working on multiple projects in more than one testing environment
