Summary:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple medium/high complexity; high profile projects. Able to quickly adapt to FSI PMO processes and required project reporting. Ideally, can “hit the ground running” learn quickly, be inquisitive. Take the lead and manage stakeholders toward best decisions and communicate effectively. \
- Well versed in Contact Center/Call Center technology and general telecommunication knowledge, familiarity with Genesys Contact Center a plus.
- Well-developed oral and written communications skills and able to interact with all levels of management.
- Comfortable and capable of working with diverse project sponsors and multiple business units in support of the project.
- Experience managing and influencing project team members without a formal direct reporting structure. Strong negotiating and influencing skills required.
- Able to apply analytical skills and strategic thinking to be effective in managing activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, reporting and operational efficiencies.
- A solid understanding and knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies, coupled with experience applying these methods to achieve success managing projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, not required.
