Technical project management with quality assurance (QA) leadership, focusing on ensuring software products meets business and user requirements through rigorous testing and quality processes.

Key responsibilities include defining quality metrics, managing test planning and execution, collaborating with development and QA teams, identifying and resolving bugs, and ensuring overall product quality and performance from conception to release.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Strategy Develop and implement policies for product documentation and ongoing quality improvement processes.

Test Management Oversee and manage the planning and execution of product testing efforts, ensuring all testing activities meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

Defect Management Identify, document, and collaborate with developers to resolve software defects and bugs.

 

Requirements Metrics:

Translate customer needs into clear requirements, define quality assurance metrics, and monitor them for performance improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure product quality and address concerns

Technical Oversight Understand technical trends, assess risks, and provide technical expertise to enhance product performance and quality.
