Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, IT policies, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is mandatory.
- 10 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
