The Technical Product Manager will lead the planning, development, and delivery of technical products and solutions that align with business strategy and customer needs. The role works closely with developers, data scientists, AI engineers, UX/UI teams, and technical leads to define end-to-end system architectures and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Partnering with engineering teams to confirm technical feasibility of product features.
• Collaborating with UX/UI teams to deliver optimal user experiences.
• Defining data strategies for gathering, cleaning, and managing data used to train and improve AI models.
• Driving AI model optimization and continuous improvement of agent performance. • Monitoring AI performance metrics and using feedback to enhance accuracy and client value. • Translating client needs into clear technical specifications and providing technical expertise to non-technical stakeholders. • Overseeing client training, onboarding, and post-launch support, ensuring continuous improvement and satisfaction. • Ensuring compliance with PwC InfoSec policies, industry regulations, and legal standards, particularly around data privacy.
• Promoting ethical AI practices, minimising bias, and ensuring fairness in decision-making.
The position manages complex technical initiatives while maintaining alignment with architectural, engineering, and compliance requirements, acting as a bridge between technical teams and clients to deliver high-value AI-driven products.
