· Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional software delivery initiatives
· Deep expertise in Agile & Waterfall methodologies across large-scale enterprise environments
· Skilled at facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering continuous improvement

🎯 Your Role Includes:
· Driving execution with a delivery mindset – removing blockers and managing dependencies
· Leading Agile teams with situational awareness and adapting practices as needed
· Coaching Product Owners and ensuring well-groomed, prioritized backlogs
· Leveraging Jira to track progress, maturity, team happiness, throughput, and more
· Building trust across technical and business stakeholders
✅ Qualifications
· 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
· Proven track record in leading full-lifecycle delivery across teams and dependencies
· Expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, Agile metrics, and team maturity models
· Strong facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills
⭐ Bonus Skills
· Experience with Agile engineering practices (e.g., TDD, BDD, CI/CD)
· Background in software product development
· Familiarity with change management techniques in Agile transformations
