Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager Work Location Frisco, TX / Bellevue, WA (Onsite from day 1) (Need Only Locals) Duration: Long Term Contract Skill : Cloud Services, Devops, Mobile App Development, Delivery Management JD : We are looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead large-scale mobile engineering engagements executed on an Agile Scrum methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices, iOS/Android app development, and cloud services, with a proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery, ensure production stability, and support business growth. This is a high-visibility role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-End Delivery Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver mobile and backend solutions across iOS, Android, microservices, development background in C# .Net or Java • Client Engagement & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; ensure alignment of delivery with business objectives. • Work with customer and UST Leads on a daily basis, reviewing the daily progress of the engagement, suggest course corrections, bring in innovative ideas, mitigate risks and issues. • Prepare customer status reports and present it on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. • Develop and track metrics/KPIs to detect the project health and trends and drive corrective measures • Should be able to articulate the business outcome delivered to the customer. • Technical Leadership: Provide direction on architecture, development standards, and best practices across mobile and backend teams. • Cloud Enablement: Oversee design and delivery of solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infrastructure planning and scalability. • Production Support Oversight: Ensure 24x7 operational excellence, manage incident responses, root cause analysis, drive automation and preventive actions. • Portfolio & Account Growth: Partner with Service lines and Account leaders to identify new opportunities, lead solution discussions, and contribute to business development and RFPs. • Agile/DevOps Implementation: Drive agile adoption, CI/CD practices, and automation initiatives across teams. • Team & Vendor Management: Manage internal teams;mentor, coach, and grow high-performing delivery teams. Required Skills and Experience: • 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery; 5+ years in a technical delivery or engineering management role. • Strong technical expertise in Java Spring boot microservices, or C# .Net • Hands-on experience with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) app development. • Deep understanding of cloud platforms – preferably AWS, with exposure to serverless, containerization, and cost optimization. • Experience in production support, incident management, and driving SLA adherence. • Proven track record in client engagement, portfolio growth, and business development. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in the telecom domain would be a plus. • Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) and mobile release management tools (e.g., App Store, Firebase).
