Scope:A Denver area telecommunications client is requesting Trace3 resources to assist in updating, refining, and building additional IT Application Production Support Runbooks for a prioritized subset of 4,000 applications in the environment. The client will provide the current repository and existing format for review by Trace3 to provide recommendations for improvement (if any). Trace3 will meet with Application Support Engineers, Development Engineers, and other technical resources in person, via phone or web meetings, to extract information (written or verbal) to enter into our standard runbook format. Required fields will be defined and completion of work will be approved by the client upon review of completed runbooks.

  1. Technical Analyst (2) with operations experience to review System Understanding Documents (~50 for critical apps) and other documentation for a prioritized ~600 Critical Business Applications of the total 4,000.
  1. We can add resources to this pool as it makes sense to handle more volume, speed of delivery, etc. based on initial value realized OR
  2. Open to more here at the start if we can show quick value/potential and how.
  1. Fulltime at 40 hours/week
  2. Minimum 6-month contract with potential extension to 9-12 months
  3. Onsite to start ASAP but offsite will be a reasonable method as needed given the type of work and the current COVID19 concerns
