 Job Description:

•            Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and meeting quality standards.

•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

•            Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while continuously monitoring and reporting progress.

•            Identify potential risks and issues, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and drive the resolution of roadblocks to ensure project success.

•            Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes while ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.

•            Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular project updates and status reports.

• Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development.

•            Ensure project documentation is thorough and up to date, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.

•            Drive effective change management strategies to ensure smooth project implementation and user adoption.

•            Mentor and guide project team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

•            Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT project management and technology advancements.
