Job Summary

We are seeking an onshore System Manager to support our HR and Payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and ensuring the reliability of our mission-critical HR systems, including ADP GlobalView and ADP Workforce Manager. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless system performance and support organizational business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience supporting HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably ADP GlobalView and ADP Workforce Manager.
Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance business processes.
Experience troubleshooting system issues and implementing configuration changes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
