We are seeking a highly skilled System Manager – ADP GlobalView to oversee the end-to-end management, optimization, and maintenance of the ADP GlobalView payroll system across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and external ADP teams to ensure smooth operations, system integrity, and compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HRIS, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView, including configuration, interface management, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of global payroll processes, taxation, and compliance standards.
- Experience integrating GlobalView with HR systems such as SAP HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
