Job Title: Success Factors Compensation (Manager)

Duration: : 4-6 months Contract
Tax terms: C2C, W2, 1099
Any visa except CPT, OPT.
Job Description:
Must have TEX 10-12 years, REX 4-5 years
Must have valid certification in SuccessFactors Compensation with 2020 delta cleared. This is must have.
Must have deep compensation process knowledge with understanding of impact on payroll
Must have done at least 4-5 SF Compensation implementations
Must have deep knowledge of SF Compensation integration with other SF modules
Good to have SAP ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management) experience
Good knowledge of EC would be an advantage
Good idea on SF Release Management
