Position STIBO (STEP)MDM Architect Location Hoboken NJ/ Remote Job Type Contract to hire Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled STIBO STEP MDM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with a strong focus on Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solution. Skills and Requirements: – Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices. – 12+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions, with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM. – Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment. – Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required. – Excellent understanding of Product Datamodel and experience in designing solutions – Must have customer facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background. – Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: – Responsible for design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solution. – Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices – Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops. – Work closely with business analysts to develop to-be business process based on industry standard and best practices. – Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls and rules. – Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration. – Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules. – Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows and portals.
