Role: SSO Ping Engineer
Location: California (Remote is fine but preferably candidates in PST timezone)
We are looking for team member who can work on client tickets and fix them ASAP. Can coordinate within team and with other teams and get the ticket assigned to right team member, proactive.
Must have:
- Candidate must have 5 to 10 years of overall experience.
- Strong SSO Dev/ management is must have
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in SSO on boarding troubleshooting
- Pingfederate, PingAcccess, PingID, AWS, LDAP
- Python or Java preferred
Good to have:
- REST API automation experience, AWS lambda automation experience, any relevant java development experience
- Docker containerization experience is good to have especially with Pingfederate or other related technologies
Job description:
- Work with vendors and application teams and Help onboarding new 3rd party applications to SSO
- 3 years of relevant experience in Implement SSO using SAML or OpenIDConnect
- 2 years of experience in SSO deployments support on AWS.
- Understand and create new authentication policies in Pingfederate
- Experience in upgrading Pingfederate and PingAccess
- Experience in AWS deployments
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SSO production issue
- Experience in creating splunk dashboards for SSO
- Expertise in writing splunk queries for SSO use case
- Support RTB SNOW tasks that come to access queue requiring changes in enterprise LDAP
