Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. System Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Design, construct, test, implement, and optimize infrastructure systems to enhance functionality and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve level 1 problems related to network infrastructure hardware.
- Utilize standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Serve as an escalation point for incident management and provide advanced design and architectural support.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- Perform high-level analysis of network system integrations and recommend solutions for performance improvements.
Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and scripting/automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, Unix Shell Scripts, and Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure design and optimization techniques.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers in technical projects.
