Job Description
Support a variety of different projects by providing end-to-end analysis on system defects, architectural gaps and identifying process improvements
Effective Root Cause Analysis ability with the foresight and initiative to address issues to the necessary teams
Act as a liaison between the business and IT to be able to effectively communicate complex issues and ensure alignment of goals
Provide cross-functional support and collaboration across different teams, actively leading conversations and maintaining a clear channel to address/escalate any issues that arise
Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion
Use a variety of systems analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
Has to have very strong SQL querying skills
Splunk querying skills are preferred
Understanding of relational databases
Experience working in Jira
Solid experience in system architecture and design thinking
Ability to prioritize work, and effectively communicate and call out blockers and issues to leads
Strong analytical/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into concrete tasks
Proactive and results-driven with ability to support clients across a distributed team
Understands and can troubleshoot API’s
Optional/Good to have’s –
Knowledge in Camunda or BPM tools, Decision Engines, Workflow Orchestrators.
Applications proficiency in Oracle OSM, Oracle UIM, Billing systems like CSG, Ne Cracker or AMDOCS.
Experience – 2-3 years of recent telco projects preferred.
Overall work experience of over 5 years in IT, some in Senior analyst roles
