- Module Experience:
- Incident Management Module.
- Problem Management Module
- Change Management Module
- Asset Management Module
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Module
- Service Catalog Module
- Service Level Management Module
- Knowledge Management Module
- Strong experience with Field service management.
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with configurations.
- Develop, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
- Document integration processes, including design, configuration, and customization details.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for existing configurations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is preferred.
