Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers across multiple projects.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.
Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project goals.
Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
Foster an agile, collaborative, and high-performance development environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity.
Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC 4 or above, SQL Server, and SQL queries.
Solid understanding of OOP concepts and Agile methodologies.
Experience in application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Angular, React).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
