Skill 1 – 10+ Yrs of Exp – Java Technical Lead – hands-on Java development experience, with strong knowledge of Application design patterns.
Skill 2 – 10+ Yrs of Exp – Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
Skill 3 – 9 Yrs of Exp – database technologies (SQL, NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Skill 4 – 6 Yrs of Exp – Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Skill 5 – 6 Yrs of Exp – CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and Git
Skill 6 – 7 Yrs of Exp – cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
Job Description –
Sr. Java Tech Lead/Developer. (75% Hands on and 25% leading/design). – 10 Years experience
1. 10 years of hands-on Java development experience, with strong knowledge of Application design patterns.
2. Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
3. Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
4. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and Git-based workflows.
5. Knowledge of message brokers and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
6. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
7. Ability to lead and mentor developers, perform code reviews
8. Experience working in Agile teams and delivering complex projects
9. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
10. React or any UI development experience is PLUS
