Sr. Genesys CTI/IVR Developer with J2EE experience (experience with SIP based VOIP applications integration)

This position is an opening for our client’s Customer Service Feature Team.
This position is a very unique skillset to support Call Center applications.
Minimum of 7 year’s experience in the items listed below:
• Web services and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)
• Ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications, knowledge of PBX architecture, telecommunication network services, and contact center systems
• Working knowledge of and the ability to interpret and troubleshoot SIP based VoIP traffic, as well as the integration of dissimilar SIP telephony systems
• Strong understanding of contact center operation, including key workforce management needs; as well as experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars.
The priority would be working with web services and integrating them with IVR applications.
