Position: Sr. Developer – SailPoint IAM Location: Indianapolis , Indiana (NEED TO BE DAY 1 ONSITE) Job type: Contract
Job Description: Total 6 to 7+ years of experience with 3 to 4 years in SailPoint
Act as a SailPoint IIQ subject matter expert on architecture, scoping, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and delivery of identity management projects and enhancements Recommend design and implementation best practices; guide technical teams to understand non-functional requirements for availability, scalability, robustness, and security Provide high level estimates for various tasks and projects, and assist with project planning and delivery Continuously review the existing implementation and propose ways to optimize the set up. This includes areas such as coding best practices and refactoring, integration approach, workflow designs, scoping parameters, etc. Contribute in identification, evaluation, selection and development of innovative solutions Assume the servant leader role; be accountable for successful delivery of enhancements and projects right from inception to go-live Roll up the sleeves to provide guidance, support, and oversite to the developers if needed Oversee applications onboarding in factory model and RBAC implementation Lead task force efforts between appropriate teams such as Infrastructure, information security, risk and compliance, business, and developers to proactively resolve all technology issues (infrastructure, performance, code etc.) and help clear roadblocks in the delivery of a task Ensure design and solutions follow various Information Security, Compliance, Legal and/or regulatory requirements as applicable Must be able to collaborate with teams located in India
