Contract

Minimum Mandatory Skills	T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views. SSIS, BCP, and other data migration tools. Query optimization and execution plan analysis.
Job Description: Detailed JD	Lead the database migration effort, ensuring a like-to-like transition from Sybase to SQL Server with a focus on performance, scalability, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute migration scripts and stored procedures. Optimize SQL Server schema, indexing, and partitioning. Validate data integrity and performance post-migration. Collaborate with application and ETL teams for seamless integration. Document database changes and support production cutover
Experience level:	8+ years in SQL development and database administration. Hands-on experience with Sybase ASE and SQL Server.
