Solutions Security Analyst to support security integration efforts related to Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures (MADJV). This role will focus on developing security playbooks, defining control baselines, and documenting processes to support secure integrations and separations during business transactions.
This individual will work closely with senior security architects and stakeholders to help establish a repeatable MADJV security capability.

Required Skills:
• MUST have experience supporting Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, or Joint Ventures (MADJV) from an IT security integration perspective
• Ability to define security control baselines for acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture scenarios including Day 1 and transition states
• Ability to translate complex technical security controls into business-friendly guidance and training
• Experience developing playbooks, implementation standards, and executive-level documentation

Key Deliverables:
• Define MADJV security control baselines aligned with the Cargill Control Framework
• Document end-to-end MADJV security processes, including roles, responsibilities, and decision points
• Integrate MADJV security requirements into LaunchSecure workflows and artifacts
• Develop and deliver training and enablement materials for BISOs and key stakeholders
• Help formalize MADJV as a repeatable security service
