Snowflake Data Architect C2C requirements

Job Title: Snowflake Data Architect
Location: Alpharetta, GA Onsite

Duration: 6 months
Exp: 10+ Years


Must Have Skills:

·        Snowflake,

·        Power BI,

·        Azure Data Factory (or some ETL tool)

 

Required Skills:

·        Around 10 years of total IT experience, with a significant portion spent in data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics roles.

·        Proven, hands-on experience as a Snowflake Architect, with deep knowledge of its ecosystem.

·        Strong proficiency in creating data models, implementing security (RBAC), managing data sharing, and optimizing resource utilization within Snowflake.

·        Expertise in data warehousing concepts, including star schema, medallion architecture, dimensions, and facts.

·        Proficiency with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.

·        Experience with one or more ETL/ELT tools.

Preferred Skills:

·        Direct experience using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to extract data from SAP systems (S4HANA, SAP BW).

·        An analytics background with SAP technologies (e.g., ABAP CDS views, SAP BW).

·        Demonstrated experience in performance tuning of both Snowflake data models and PowerBI reports.
