Title: Snowflake/AWS Data Engineer
Duration: 1+ year
Location: 100% REMOTE
Client: Apex Systems/Fidelity Investments
Project Scope / Components:
- Fidelity Snowflake/AWS Data Engineer: Snowflake implementation project.
- Data already in AWS, Snowflake architecture in place.
Data pipelines, and snowpipes already set up (might need to modify, so Python Snowpipe experience needed). - Needs someone with Snowflake implementation experience to be involved in the actual data migration from AWS databases–>S3 buckets–>Snowflake.
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- AWS implantation!
- Snowflake implementation experience à need to have experience implementing Snowflake, not just supporting existing platforms
- Snowpipe Experience
Nice-to-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- Python or Scala
- SQL
- Big data processiong, data warehousing, ETL and cloud data migration
